Variegated Plant Shop sells live plants including but not limited to Monstera, Philodendron, Alocasia, Anthurium, Encephalartos Cycads, and rare Cacti. All plants are ethically sourced from verified tissue-culture labs and responsible growers in Thailand, Indonesia, and the United States.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product, discontinue any product at any time, and refuse any order at our sole discretion.

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or stock errors
• Errors in product or pricing information
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity
• Inability to ship to your location due to biosecurity or legal restrictions
• Failed payment authorisation

If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you are charged is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details — all transactions are handled by our secure payment processor.

For international orders, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees or foreign transaction charges. These are outside our control and are your responsibility.

We ship to customers worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, parcel size, and weight. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 2–8 business days for US orders. International orders may take longer depending on destination and customs.

Due to the nature of live plants and biosecurity regulations, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns. However, if your plant arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund — provided you contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
