Every plant in our collection is sourced from verified tissue-culture labs and responsible growers in Thailand, Indonesia, and the United States. We never sell wild-harvested specimens. All plants are lab-grown, genetically stable, and pest-free before they ever enter our inventory.
Rooted, Hardened & Inspected
We don’t ship unstable cuttings or water props. Every plant is fully rooted and hardened before it’s listed for sale or packed for shipping. Each specimen is personally inspected for health, root development, and leaf quality before leaving our facility in New Baden, Illinois.

Once your order is placed, we prepare your plant within 1–3 business days. We choose our shipping days carefully to avoid plants sitting in transit over weekends or during extreme weather conditions. Your plant is packed with protective wrapping, moisture control materials, and heat or cold packs as needed.
Shipped to Your Door in 2–8 Business Days
We ship to customers worldwide. Standard delivery takes 2–8 business days for US orders; international destinations including the UK, Canada, Europe, and beyond may take longer. You’ll receive tracking information so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way. Please retrieve your plant promptly upon delivery — especially in hot or cold weather.
Your Plant Arrives Ready to Grow
Open your package carefully and give your plant a good look. Some minor leaf stress from transit is normal — this is not damage. Place it in bright indirect light, water lightly, and let it settle in for a few days. Each order includes care guidance to help you get started. If anything looks wrong, contact us within 24–48 hours with photos.

What if my plant arrives damaged?
Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible as the plant is already in transit.
Are your plants safe for pets?
Many of our tropical plants such as Monstera and Philodendron are toxic if ingested by pets or humans. Always check individual product listings for safety notes.
