Refund & Returns Policy – Variegated Plant Shop
We take pride in delivering healthy variegated plants, rare houseplants, and tropical indoor plants. Because we sell live plants, our refund policy balances plant safety with fair customer protection.
1. Live Plant Guarantee
All plants are inspected and carefully packed before shipping. Due to the natural nature of live plants:
- Leaf shape, size, and variegation may vary
- Minor cosmetic imperfections are normal
- Seasonal stress during shipping can occur
This does not qualify as damage.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your plant arrives:
Damaged in transit
Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the plant
- Photos of packaging
- Your order number
If approved, we will offer:
- Replacement plant, OR
- Store credit, OR
- Refund (where appropriate)
Wrong item received
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
3. Change-of-Mind Returns
Due to biosecurity and plant health risks:
- We generally do not accept returns for live plants
- Change-of-mind purchases may not be refundable

4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled:
- Before dispatch → full refund
- After dispatch → cancellation not possible
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be refused if:
- Incorrect shipping address provided
- Delivery missed or plant left unattended
- Customer delays reporting issues
- Plant damage occurs after delivery due to environment or care
6.Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy removes your rights under applicable consumer laws. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund as required by law.
